Olimar is in a panic. He's almost out of time before the 30 days are up. He knows he won't be able to find all the pieces of the S.S. Dolphin in time. His life is over.
Suddenly, a voice speaks in his head. Olimar thought he was hallucinating, especially as the voice sounds a lot like Louie's, but the voice is real.
"Don't panic, Olimar! If you complete this quest, you'll get more time, MUCH more time!"
"A quest? What quest?"
"The DLC Extension Quest! Here's what you have to do. With your Pikmin, find the Kredit Card treasure, then go to the Nintoodo A-Shop’s mystical hills. There, use the Kredit Card to buy... I mean to get the DLC Extension. Finally, activate it in your Personal Menu. You know, where you can read your Captain’s Logs."
"That sounds complicated."
"Do you want to live, Olimar? Then waste no time and complete the DLC Extension Quest!"
"Okay, I'll do it, but can you give me a little hint? Where should I look to find the Kredit Card treasure?"
The voice doesn't answer Olimar. Discouraged, the captain and his Pikmin set off.
It was a real waste of time. Olimar was never able to find the Kredit Card. The 30 days were up and his life was over.
That is until Olimar is reborn as a Pikmin. In this new form, he has all the time in the world to find the Kredit Card. He doesn't know why he needs to find it, but it doesn't matter. ♫ Kredit, Kredit, Dandori, Dandori. ♫
